The Shops at McAlester is a New Ground Up Development which is projected to feature approximately 200,000 square feet of retail space. This power center is located on the Southwest corner of the George Nigh Expressway (Hwy 69) and 14th Street in McAlester, Oklahoma.

McAlester is the county seat of Pittsburg county, with a trade area of over 50 miles. The Trade Area population exceeds 164,000, with Traffic counts of 26,197 on Hwy 69 & 14th Street.
